4-BIT TRANSMITTER AND RECEIVER CIRCUIT USING ENCODER AND DECODER

WHAT YOU NEED?
1)ENCODER(HT12E)
2)DECODER(HT12D)
3)8-BIT DIP SWITCHES
4)RF MODULES (A-434 OR A-315)
5)VOLTAGE REGULATOR (7805)

BLOCK DIAGRAM OF TRANSMITTER AND RECEIVER

SO HERE YOU CAN SEE THAT USING ENCODER 4-BIT DATA IS GENERATED AND THIS DATA WILL MODULATED USING RF MODULATE AND TRANSMITTED. ANOTHER SIDE RECEIVER RECEIVES SIGNAL AND DEMODULATE THAN DECODER DECODES THE SIGNAL AND 4-BIT DATA IS AVAILABLE.

HERE IS THE  PIN CONFIGURATION OF HT12E AND HT12D IS GIVEN IN WHICH 8-BIT ADDRESS PINS ARE THERE USING WHICH WE CAN GENERATE 256 VERITY OF ADDRESS. IF THIS ADDRESS WILL MATCH ON BOTH THE SIDE THAN AND ONLY THAN THE DATA IS TRANSMITTED. ADDRESS WILL BE GENERATED USING DIP SWITCHES. IN STEAD OF GROUNDING ALL THE ADDRESS PING YOU MAY CONNECT IT WHIT DIP SWITCHES AND THAN GROUND IT.

TRANSMITTER CIRCUIT
RECEIVER CIRCUIT
LAST 4-PINS IN RECEIVER CIRCUIT ARE DATA PINS. BY DEFAULT THIS PINS ARE HAVING DIGITAL HIGH (5V) O/P WHEN TRANSMITTER SIDE CORRESPONDING PIN WILL BE GROUNDED USING SWITCH SAME PIN AT RECEIVER SIDE GIVES DIGITAL LOW (0V) .SO USING THIS CIRCUIT YOU CAN MAKE RC CAR OR RC HOME APPLIANCE CONTROLLER ETC.

ADVANTAGES

AS WE ARE USING DIP SWITCHES FOR GENERATING ADDRESS NO PROBLEM OF INTERFERENCE.

FOR MAKING RC CAR USING THIS CIRCUIT YOU HAVE TO USE A MOTOR DRIVER CIRCUIT FOR WITCH YOU CAN REFER MY ANOTHER POST ON MOTOR DRIVER.

SIMPLE LINE FOLLOWER BOT

WHAT YOU NEED?

1) IR LED
2) IR SENSOR
3) NPN TRANSISTOR(BC 547)
4) 100 OHM RESISTOR

CIRCUIT

SO HERE WE CAN SEE THAT IR LED AND IR SENSOR IS USED FOR LIN SENSING.
IN WHICH IR RAYS WERE EMITTED FROM IR LED AND FALLS ON THE SURFACE AND IF IT IS WHITE THAN IT REFLECTED AND IT SHOULD BE CAPTURE BY IR SENSOR AND GET FIRED. DUE TO WHICH 5V SINGLE IS APPLIED TO NPN TRANSISTOR AND IT GET FIRED AND DUE TO WHICH THE WHOLE 12V DROP SHOULD BE ACROSS MOTOR AND MOTOR GET STARTED.

ADVANTAGE

1) IT IS NOT HAVING ANY INFLUENCE OF LIGHT ON IT.

NOTE

THIS BOT IS BLACK LINE FOLLOWER BUT IF YOU WANT TO MAKE A WHITE LINE FOLLOWER THAN WHAT YOU HAVE TO DO ONLY REPLACE NPN TRANSISTOR BY PNP TRANSISTOR.

SIMPLEST MOTOR DRIVER CIRCUIT

AIM: MOTOR DRIVER FOR WIRELESS CIRCUIT.

WHAT YOU NEED?
1) SPDT RELAY (4)
2) NPN TRANSISTOR (BC 547) (4)

DESCRIPTION:

IN ABOVE CIRCUIT MOTOR DRIVER USING FOUR RELAY AND NPN TRANSISTOR   IS SHAWN.  IN WHICH WE CAN SEE THAT WHEN ONE RELAY IS ENERGIZED MOTOR IS REVOLVING IN ONE DIRECTION SAY CLOCKWISE THAN FOR OTHER RELAY SAME MOTOR REVOLVING IN ANTICLOCKWISE DIRECTION.

YOU CAN SEE SAME CIRCUIT IN FOLLOWING VIDEO.

ADVANTAGES:

NO CURRENT LIMIT OVER HERE BECAUSE LOAD CURRENT IS NOT FLOWING THROUGH ANY ELECTRONIC DEVICE.

IF ANY ONE NEED SAME CIRCUIT OR ANY QUERY THAN CONTACT ME ON MY EMAIL ID.

Introduction: This is the simplest and cheapest method to control any home appliance like fan, tube light etc. with the help of conventional remote of TV , AC, DVD player etc. For which we are using 38 KHz TSOP 1738 IR sensor which senses signal from all remote.
AIM: To control home appliance using conventional IR remote.

What you need?
  1. 7805 voltage control IC
  2. CD4017 decade counter
  3. TSOP 1738 IR sensor
  4. BC 547 NPN transistor
  5. BC 557 PNP transistor
  6. 4.7 k resistor (2)
  7. 100k resistor
  8. 100ohm resistor
  9. 1k resistor
  10. 10 microfarad capacitor
  11. LED
  12. RELAY(6 volt OR 12 volt)
  13. DIODE for protection purpose

          Circuit diagram

Discretion:

7805: All IC or electronics components are having 5v as working voltage. So we are using 7805 voltage control IC which converts 12v (or 6v) into 5v.

TSOP 1738: It is IR sensor which senses 38KHz signal from any conventional remote. It is having three pins 1st one is GND 2nd Vcc and 3rd is data pin which gives signal when you press any button from your remote.

 DATA SHEET

BC 557 : It is PNP transistor which amplifies the signal coming from TSOP sensor and gives to CD 4017 decade counter.

         DATA SHEET

CD 4017 : It is decade counter which senses the signal coming out form the PNP transistor. When you press the button of remote CD4017 IC holds the signal high even though you release the button and gives you out put signal.
      DATA SHEET

RC PARALLEL CIRCUIT: RC parallel circuit use to generate clock signal.

BC 547 : It is used to amplify the signal coming out from CD 4017 . Because o/p signal of CD 4017 is around 5v and we are using 6v or 12v relay so we have to amplify the signal.

RELAY : For switching purpose.

    ADVANTAGES :

           1. 10 m range
    1. You can use any conventional remote
    2. Low power consumption
    3. Low cost

    DISADVANTAGE :

IR ray can not pass through obstacles .

NOTE : MUST USE 38 KHz TSOP SENSOR .
